With 30 years of experience in healthcare industry sales, ranging from surgical equipment to cataract and vitreoretinal capital equipment to diagnostic and testing products, David is uniquely qualified to help his clients in the medical device industry find, hire and retain the qualified people they need in today’s competitive marketplace. He understands that his clients – from major worldwide players to mid-tier specialty companies and innovative start-ups – are challenged every day by demands for rigorous management, skilled and timely marketing, insightful business development and regulatory expertise.

Before launching Majestic Search Group, David served as territory manager for TearLab, where he was responsible for the sale of new-to-market diagnostic laboratory equipment to ophthalmology and optometry clinics. Previously he held positions as area business manager for RPS Diagnostics, as a surgical equipment specialist for Bausch & Lomb Surgical, and as a sales representative for Hoya Surgical Optics and Alcon Laboratories.

David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX, which he attended on a full baseball athletic scholarship and served as team captain.
